Lovely stay in Athlone! 🇮🇪🍻
Our group of 24 had such a lekker time! The staff were brilliant—so helpful and friendly! The food was amazing, and they even printed menus for the bride-to-be. Rooms were fresh, comfy beds, everyone was happy—felt like a big family reunion!
Only small thing was the noise from other guests at times, but ag man, that happens everywhere!

The gardens are beautiful and provide a serene environment. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar atmosphere was inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Though the parking was ample, better signage for the entrance would help, as it was initially tricky to find.

the dining atmosphere was lovely, but marred by a giant screen showing sports—such a distraction. the shower was fixed so water poured right on my head, how quaint! I almost thought about giving a good review, but I expected some complimentary chocolates at least, since I was clearly the most discerning guest here.

The family-friendly facilities and services were reassuring.
After a long wait, we were told to go to a nearby hotel, which also ended in disappointment as they had no knowledge of our reservation. Ultimately, we had no choice but to sleep in our car since no alternative arrangements were made, leaving us frustrated and stranded.

Fantastic accommodations for families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious two-bedroom suite, which felt like a cozy home away from home with its two bathrooms and living area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the location made it easy to explore Athlone within a short walk. The breakfast selection was fresh and inviting, providing a great start to our days. it would be fantastic if they offered more variety in the dinner menu.

Family-friendly escape
Hospitality was really good! The staff went above and beyond for us, specially when I had a late-night request for extra blankets-couldn't believe how swift they were to help.
It wasn’t the cheapest option but still reasonable given the experience.

The large TV in the room was great, but the bathroom could use a grab rail.

This place was just a commendable fit for a weekend break in Athlone with attractive and competitive value for money. The receptionist saved our stay by promptly relocating us to a comfortable room away from unpleasant odors.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. I found the breakfast options lacking in variety. While the venue had a great atmosphere, some updates to the decor would enhance the overall experience. Despite a few areas for improvement, it remains a decent choice for families or short trips.

The suites were spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for accommodating a hockey team, complete with fridges and ample storage for gear. The comfortable beds ensured everyone was well-rested for the games.
Despite the spaciousness, the decor felt outdated, lacking the modern touch one might expect for the price. I experienced some noise disturbances, particularly from the generator outside my window, and the lack of good bathroom ventilation left the room feeling stale after showers. The breakfast was basic and while there were options available, I couldn't help but feel it could offer more variety.
